ONLINE AUCTION BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS

Step #1: Right click on the auction. This will bring you to the online auction page.
Step #2: In the top left hand corner of the screen there is a box that reads Bidder Tools. In that box there are three tabs:
Search auction – This button allows you to search all current auctions.
Bidder login – Use this button if you have registered with our online auctions before.
New bidder - If this is your first time to one of our online auctions click the “new bidder” tab. (Note: Please write down your password and put it in a safe place.)
Step #3: Fill out the new bidder information section. All items with a * beside them are required fields to bid. Then click the save changes tab.

Under the telephone number
section, please enter your primary number—the number where you can be
contacted the day of the sale.
We will contact you to let you know the
reserve amount has been met and also to arrange earnest money payment
and contract delivery.
All information you supply is kept private and is
not shared with anyone else.
Step #4: After you have completed the new bidder section, this will bring you to your account page. Next you will click on the search auctions tab under bidder tools.
Step #5: Click on the auction you wish to bid on. Please read all terms & conditions for each auction. You will need to agree to the terms & conditions for each auction before bidding.
Step #6: The first time that you bid on a property, you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions. Be sure that you read and understand all of the terms and conditions. Check the box at the bottom of the screen.
Step #7: After entering your bid, you will “re-enter” that bid. This does not mean you have bid twice, it is a safety precaution.
Step # 8:
Confirm your bid.
After you have confirmed your bid, a new window will open. From this window you can either go back to the specific Auction or go back to the catalogue of all the auctions.
Refresh Refresh Refresh!!! at the end of the auction so that you will always know whether or not you have the bid.
Do Not rely on the outbid notifications during the auction to tell you if you have been outbid.
