If you are losing an auction and wish to bid again, click the green plus “+” button at the far right of the auction listing.
End of the Auction
Soft Close: A "Soft Close" ending for a lot means if a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes, the bidding for that property will be extended by another 5 minutes. This gives other interested bidders time to raise their bid before the lot closes.
Refresh! Refresh! Refresh!! Refresh at the end of the auction so that you will always know whether or not you have the bid.
At the end of the auction, you will be e-mailed and called if you are the winning bidder.
Do Not rely on the outbid notifications during the auction to tell you if you have been outbid.
