- Tim Durham

- A lifetime resident of Murfreesboro, Tim
attended Rutherford County schools Hobgood Elementary and Central
High School, graduating in 1971. He is a 1975 graduate of Middle
Tennessee State University. He has been actively involved in service
to Murfreesboro and Rutherford County since high school, serving as
President and Director of the Middle Tennessee Board of Realtors, as
a member of the board of the United Way and the Heart Association.
He served for eight years on the Murfreesboro Planning Commission
and served on the board of Zoning Appeals. He is a former director
of Cavalry Banking, Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, and
former member of the Murfreesboro Water and Sewer board, and of the
Middle Tennessee Medical Development Foundation.

- Tim is a second generation realtor and
auctioneer, having entered the business with his father, Al Durham,
in 1972, who had founded the business in 1962. He has over 28 years
experience in the auction and real estate professions and has
obtained the prestigious C.I.A. (certified auctioneer) designation.

- Tim is also a partner in the D & H Development
Company, which has developed several commercial and residential
projects in the Rutherford County area.

- Tim and his wife Claudia are the parents
of two sons, both of whom have joined their father in the family
enterprise, which is the oldest continuing auction agency in
Rutherford County.

- Jake Durham is a life long resident of
Rutherford county and third generation auctioneer and realtor.

- He began working auctions with his father and
grandfather at the age of 10 before joining the firm full time in
1999. He is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and an
avid supporter of Middle Tennesee athletics, as well as being a
member of the Blue Raider Athletic Association and the Rutherford
County Chamber of Commerce.

- Jake's responsibilities within the company
include marketing, sale preparation, and closing coordination for
many of the companies Auctions. Jake is also instrumental in
implimenting new technology for the ever changing auction industry.

- Jake is also partner in Durham Bros. Partnership
which owns and manages rental property.

- Adam Durham

- Adam Durham is a lifelong resident of
Murfreesboro, Tennessee and a third generation auctioneer and
realtor. He attended Rutherford County schools and graduated from
Oakland High School. He began working auction sales with his father
and grandfather at the age of 9, and joining the firm as a full time
Realtor and auctioneer in 2000. He is a graduate of the prestigious
Reppert School of Auctioneering. Adam is a graduate of Middle
Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science with a minor
in Real Estate.
- Adam’s responsibilities within the company
include online marketing, sale preparation, online auction
implementation, and property mangment.
- In addition to pursuing a full time position
as a real estate and auction professional, Adam is an avid golfer,
snow boarder, and is a member of Kappa Alpha Order.

- Dwight is a licensed auctioneer and
realtor with over 18 years experience as an auctioneer. He is a
member of the Lions Club as well as Jaycees.
He is married to wife Brenda and is a resident
of the Milton community.

- Jerry has
over 10 years experience as an auctioneer in the middle Tennessee
area. he is a member of the Masons and Shriners organization, and is
a resident of the Walter Hill community. Jerry is married to wife
Odelene and has one child.

- Colonel Thomas E. Wheeler is a lifelong native
of Murfreesboro and Christiana where he attended twelve years of
school. He also attended the University of Hawaii and Middle
Tennessee State University. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army Special
Forces Unit, serving from 1961 to 1965, leaving with an honorable
discharge.

- He has been married for 34 years to Rita J.
Wheeler.

- His business experience extends 34 years as an
owner/operator in the independent retail grocery business, and has
been associated with Durham Realty and Auction Company for the past
16 years as an auctioneer and realtor.

- Mr.
Wheeler is a past master of Mt. Moriah Lodge #18, York Rite and 32nd
Degree Scottish Rite Mason And Shriner, and a charter member of the
Lascassas/Milton Lions Club where he served as president.

- His interests have long been with MTSU,
where he helps organize golf tournaments for the baseball team. His
hobbies include golf , hunting, and fishing.
